Before you apply and register, it is important you understand the terms and conditions of Cartoon Actors voice talent.
Once approved by email, simply login, complete account details and create your artist listing. It is different then your account details.
- As a featured voice talent you will choose from the “2 minute rate options” shown below. You select a 1st, 2nd and 3rd flat rate for “up to 2 minutes” of “final” voiced content.
- These are $150, $200, $250, $300, or $350 flat 2-minute rates.
- This excludes national, cable, or syndicated cartoons. Those rates are negotiated by management.
- Again before you register and join you SHOULD read the “Terms and Conditions” to be a talent featured on Cartoon Actors
ONCE APPROVED HERE ARE OUR CURRENT MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS:
- STANDARD ARTIST ($19.95 per year): Enjoy 1-year as a standard artist plus: -365 day artist listing, -24/7 access to your account, video demo, -access to messaging system, paypal from house castings, direct payment from clients, and a listing visitor hit counter.
- ENHANCED ARTIST ($49.95 per year): Enjoy 1-year as a enhanced artist plus: -365 day artist listing, -featured artist profile ribbon, -listing visitor hit counter, video demos, -access to inner messaging system, -paypal payments from house, -direct payment from clients, rotation within site talent widgets. Basically more exposure and whistles and bells.
Once you login after emailed approval, you will have these two options presented to you. Select your membership option and continue to your control panel / dashboard. There you will complete your account details AND create your artist listing.

Use of any and/or all auditioned content, and voice overs, from our voice talent is strictly forbidden. You MUST negotiate the use of said content with from any voice talent in AI projects, and agree to an additional use fee, along with the original use of content within your project.
Furthermore, you expressly agree not to utilize any portion of the Talent’s file, recording or performance of Talent for purposes other than those specified in the initial Agreement between the parties, including but not limited to creation of synthetic or “cloned” voices or for machine learning. Specifically, you shall not utilize any recording or performance of Talent to simulate talent’s voice or likeness, or to create any synthesized or “digital double” voice or likeness of Talent.
You specifically agree not to sell or transfer ownership to all or part of any of the original files recording the performance of Talent to any third party for purposes of using the files for Artificial Intelligence, such as text to speech, or speech to speech uses, without Talent’s knowledge and consent. You agree not to enter into any agreements or contracts on behalf of Talent which utilizes all or any part of any of the original files recording the performance of Talent for purposes of using the files for Artificial Intelligence, such as text to speech, or speech to speech uses, without Talent’s knowledge and consent.
You agree to use good faith efforts to prevent any files of recordings or performances stored in digital format containing Talent’s voice or likeness from unauthorized access by third parties, and if such files are stored in “the cloud” You agree to utilize services that offer safeguards through encryption or other “up-to date” technological means from unauthorized third party access.
