1) MANUALLY SEARCH, AUDITION & HIRE VOICE TALENT.
Using our SEARCH OPTIONS, you can review, and hand-select character voices to audition and hire.
Simply review voice actors within each voice category, request an audition if desired from the talent, then when you like a voice talent SIMPLY hire OR cast them contacting the talent.
Then make payment direct to the talent via PayPal.
2) FREE VOICE CASTING TO ALL OUR 685 VOICE ACTORS!
Most of our professional clients prefer to take advantage of the in-depth voice acting and voice casting experience of Anthony Reece casting director of Cartoon Actors.com.
You receive a custom voice sample from over 685 Cartoon Actors talent based on your genre, or desired demographic.
We then audition all the voice artists interested in the project at Cartoon Actors delivering final voice over samples fully edited. We then handle all payments to the talent.

Cartoon Actors voice casting director Anthony Reece will call you to discuss your project, confirm your talent selections, and offer tips prior to contacting the chosen talent for your project. Once we speak, the recording process begins and you work directly with the talent, with our email and phone support. We take care of the payment and are here for you all along the way

Use of any and/or all auditioned content, and voice overs, from our voice talent is strictly forbidden. You MUST negotiate the use of said content with from any voice talent in AI projects, and agree to an additional use fee, along with the original use of content within your project.
Furthermore, you expressly agree not to utilize any portion of the Talent’s file, recording or performance of Talent for purposes other than those specified in the initial Agreement between the parties, including but not limited to creation of synthetic or “cloned” voices or for machine learning. Specifically, you shall not utilize any recording or performance of Talent to simulate talent’s voice or likeness, or to create any synthesized or “digital double” voice or likeness of Talent.
You specifically agree not to sell or transfer ownership to all or part of any of the original files recording the performance of Talent to any third party for purposes of using the files for Artificial Intelligence, such as text to speech, or speech to speech uses, without Talent’s knowledge and consent. You agree not to enter into any agreements or contracts on behalf of Talent which utilizes all or any part of any of the original files recording the performance of Talent for purposes of using the files for Artificial Intelligence, such as text to speech, or speech to speech uses, without Talent’s knowledge and consent.
You agree to use good faith efforts to prevent any files of recordings or performances stored in digital format containing Talent’s voice or likeness from unauthorized access by third parties, and if such files are stored in “the cloud” You agree to utilize services that offer safeguards through encryption or other “up-to date” technological means from unauthorized third party access.
